Shipping Policy

At Samyangfoods, we are committed to ensuring that your bulk orders are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently and safely to your destination — anywhere in the world.
This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and responsibilities for all business-to-business (B2B) shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Once payment and order confirmation are received, our logistics team begins preparing your shipment.

  • Processing time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery timeline once processing begins.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable international freight forwarders and logistics companies to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Available shipping options include:

  • Sea Freight (Container or LCL): Ideal for large or international bulk orders.

  • Air Freight: For urgent or smaller wholesale shipments.

  • Land Transport: Available for regional or neighboring countries.

All shipments are tracked and insured for safety.

3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We operate under internationally recognized trade terms to ensure clarity and transparency:

  • FOB (Free On Board) – Buyer arranges freight from the port of shipment.

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – We handle shipping and insurance to the destination port.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Upon request, we can manage full delivery to your warehouse or distribution center.

Specific terms are confirmed during quotation and order confirmation.
